At TOHO animation Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fashion and apparel purchases; however, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition collaboration items and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective plastic are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to TOHO

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
